0 4/3/2023 Bought a Single Family home in 2023 in Albuquerque, NM. Jammie works non stop. She was very diligent in helping me find the right home. She was always quick to respond to any of my questions. She is very knowledgeable about the area that I was interested.

I was dreading this since I never sold a house before. Luckily I found Jammie, she completed the entire process in a snap. My home was quickly put up for sale and she did an excellent job at marketing my house to buyers and other real estate agents. I had an offer within 2 days, but that buyer's financing fell through. I had another offer within another 4 days and it went through! I sold my house in 6 days total. Awesome. She did a wonderful job at negotiating more cash in my favor too. Jammie also did an excellent job at helping me find good contractors to complete the buyer's requests. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and I had no stress through the entire transaction.
